Who this covers
Otepsphere operates this website. Contact: hello@otepsphere.com (verify before deployment). A legal entity name and registration country will be added when confirmed in site configuration.
Contact form collection
The enquiry form collects name, business name, email, website, country, business type, number of locations, primary SEO goal, message, and a consent confirmation. A honeypot field is used to discourage bots. Submissions go to a server-side handler on Vercel, which emails hello@otepsphere.com through Resend. Google reCAPTCHA v3 scores the submission for spam.
Analytics and cookies
Google Tag Manager (`GTM-MX8GZMB`) is installed sitewide. Configure tags (including GA4) inside GTM. If you later enable additional cookies or advertising tags, decide whether a consent mechanism is legally required for your visitors. This template does not currently ship a consent banner.
Server logs and hosting
Vercel stores IP addresses and request metadata in logs. Retention depends on Vercel’s current policy.
Third-party processors
Processors include Vercel (hosting and the contact form function), Resend (enquiry email delivery), and Google reCAPTCHA v3 (spam scoring).
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record, then deleted or archived according to a policy you still need to set.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information. Email the address above to ask. Response timelines depend on the law that actually applies — this site does not assert a specific statute without review.
